Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy

This policy outlines the terms related to purchases, deposits, payment options, and cancellations for products and experiences offered on the Grace Sanchez website.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

Purchase Options

We offer multiple purchase options depending on the product or experience, including:

  • Full payment

  • Deposits with remaining balance due by a specified date

  • Payment plans, when available

All payment terms and deadlines will be clearly displayed at checkout and on the product page.

Retreat Deposits

  • Retreat deposits are non-refundable.

  • Deposits secure your reservation and are applied toward the total retreat cost.

  • Failure to complete the final payment by the stated deadline may result in forfeiture of your reservation and deposit.

Final Payments

  • Final payments are non-refundable once submitted.

  • No refunds will be issued for unused portions of a retreat due to early departure or non-attendance.

Cancellations by Participant

If you are unable to attend a retreat:

  • You may request to transfer your reservation to another individual, subject to approval and any applicable deadlines.

  • Alternatively, you may request credit toward a future retreat at our discretion, minus any non-recoverable costs.

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.

Cancellations by Organizer

In the unlikely event that Grace Sanchez must cancel a retreat, all payments made directly to us will be refunded in full. We are not responsible for additional expenses incurred, such as independently booked airfare or personal travel costs.

Books, Physical Products & Digital Content

  • Digital products are non-refundable once delivered.

  • Physical products may be eligible for return as outlined in our Return & Refund Policy.

Speaking Engagements & Services

Speaking engagements, consulting services, and private bookings are subject to separate agreements and cancellation terms outlined in individual contracts.

Travel Insurance Recommendation

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment against unforeseen circumstances.

Policy Changes

We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website.
