This Shipping Policy applies to physical products purchased through the Grace Sanchez website. Retreat experiences, digital products, and services do not require shipping.


Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

You will receive a notification once your order has shipped.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times vary based on your location and selected shipping method but generally range from 5–10 business days after shipment.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.


Domestic Shipping

We currently ship within the United States.

If you require international shipping, please contact us prior to placing your order.


Delays

Shipping delays may occur due to factors outside our control, including carrier delays, weather conditions, or high order volumes. We appreciate your patience in these situations.


Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.


Lost or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery) with your order number and photos, if applicable, so we can assist you.


Retreats & Digital Products

  • Retreat experiences do not require shipping.

  • Digital products are delivered electronically and are not subject to shipping policies.
