Overview

We want you to feel confident in your purchase. Please review the policy below carefully, as refund eligibility varies by product type.

Retreat Experiences

Due to the nature of retreat experiences—including advance planning, accommodations, travel arrangements, and limited availability—all retreat purchases are subject to the following terms:

Deposits

  • Retreat deposits are non-refundable.

  • Deposits secure your spot and are applied toward the total retreat cost.

Final Payments

  • Final payments are non-refundable once submitted.

  • If final payment is not received by the stated deadline, your reservation may be forfeited and your deposit retained.

Transfers

  • If you are unable to attend, you may request to transfer your reservation to another individual, subject to approval and any applicable deadlines.

  • Alternatively, credit may be applied toward a future retreat at our discretion, minus any non-recoverable costs.

Cancellations by Organizer

  • In the unlikely event that we must cancel a retreat, all payments made to us will be refunded in full. We are not responsible for additional expenses such as airfare booked independently.

Books & Digital Products

  • Digital products (including downloadable content or digital books) are non-refundable once delivered.

  • Physical books may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Hudson Naturals Products

Returns for Hudson Naturals products are subject to the return policy listed on the Hudson Naturals website. Please refer to that site for full details.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue so we can assist you.
